Who we are

Tiny Worlds ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS app that turns your daily walking into a growing collection of small worlds. This policy explains what data the app touches and how it's handled. If you have questions, email wadi@tinyworlds.xyz.

Information we don't collect

The app has no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for, and do not collect, your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or any account credentials.

Health & step data

With your permission, Tiny Worlds reads your step count from Apple Health (HealthKit) to grow your worlds. This data is used only on your device to run the game. In line with Apple's rules, health data is never sold, and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Health app or Settings.

iCloud sync (World Keeper)

If you subscribe to World Keeper and enable iCloud Sync, your collection is stored in your own private iCloud database via Apple's CloudKit, so it's available across your devices. This data lives in your Apple account; we cannot read it. Apple's handling of it is governed byApple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

To understand how the app is used and where it can improve, we use PostHog to collect anonymous product-usage events — things like "onboarding completed", "world planted", or "paywall shown". This data:

• is tied to a random, on-device identifier — not to your name, email, or Apple ID;
• never includes your health data or your actual step counts (any step-derived signal is sent only as a coarse label, never a number);
• is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and triggers no App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Analytics are optional. You can turn them off any time in Settings › Privacy › Share anonymous usage.

Purchases

Subscriptions (World Keeper) are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, withRevenueCat managing entitlement status on our behalf. We receive anonymized subscription state (active or not) so the app can unlock features — we never receive your payment card or billing details.

Children

Tiny Worlds is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it is safe for all ages.

Your choices

• Analytics: opt out in Settings › Privacy.
• Health access: revoke in the iOS Health app at any time.
• Local data: deleting the app removes all on-device data.
• iCloud data: managed through your device's iCloud settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
