Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Tiny Worlds ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the app. The app is also subject to Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tiny Worlds on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

3. Subscriptions (World Keeper)

World Keeper is an auto-renewable subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to extract source code or assets from the app, and don't use it in any unlawful way or in violation of Apple's terms.

5. Health disclaimer

Tiny Worlds is a game, not a medical, fitness, or health-advisory service. Step counts are approximate and provided by your device. Nothing in the app is medical advice — consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or physical activity.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its artwork, worlds, characters, names, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no ownership of any part of the app.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
